Caretaker-boss KIT SYMONS is suspended for Saturday's match at Reading.
SYMONS sits the game out with a one-match ban after his sending off at Preston two weeks ago.
And it could be his last game in charge as Iain Dowie is expected to be named new Palace boss over the weekend.
Julian Gray, who starred in Palace's 1-0 win over Nottingham Forest last week, has been suffering with flu and is rated as 50/50. As is Neil Shipperley.
Reading midfielder Andy Hughes has recovered from a hamstring injury and should start.
Defender Graeme Murty, striker Nicky Forster, John Mackie and James Harper should all return to the squad from injury.
